Atlas is an online marketplace that connects independent creators and micro-sellers with buyers across India.
Order Fulfilment
All products listed on Atlas are shipped directly by individual sellers using third-party logistics partners, including Shiprocket (Bigfoot Retail Solutions Pvt. Ltd.). Orders are picked up from the seller’s location and delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Shipping Timelines
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the seller’s location, product type, and delivery address. Estimated delivery time generally ranges between 3–7 business days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the product’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Any applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Serviceable Locations
Atlas currently ships across India. Delivery to certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take additional time or may not be available.
Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) by the courier partner. In such cases, return shipping charges may apply. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after the product is returned to the seller and verified.
